Terms and Conditions

Before each month’s commencement, payment of fees is required. Enrollment in the class will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment, and the Centre reserves the right to deny entry to students who have not paid their fees.

All fees paid for classes are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed.

New students joining the Centre during the academic year are required to pay a one-time materials fee of $120. This fee covers essential materials for all chapters and will be provided according to the Centre’s schedule. Materials will not be given in advance.

If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to attend a different class within the same academic week.

If a student is unable to arrange a replacement class, they may request access to a recorded video lesson.

The Centre reserves the right to deny class attendance to any student showing symptoms or suspected of having symptoms such as fever, contagious diseases, excessive sneezing, or profuse coughing.

While prioritizing student safety, the Centre is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the provision of its services.

The Centre cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings lost on its premises.

The Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss any student displaying disruptive, aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior that jeopardizes the well-being of other students or the overall learning environment. In cases of continuous misconduct, the Centre may dismiss the student without refund.

Classes scheduled on public holidays will be rescheduled to another date and time. Parents and students will receive at least two weeks’ notice of these changes.

The Centre may use photos, sounds, and videos recorded on its premises for advertising and promotional purposes on its media platforms.

All learning materials, including notes, worksheets, case studies, etc., are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only. Students are strictly prohibited from selling or redistributing these materials in any form. Voice and video recording during lessons are strictly prohibited, and legal action may be taken against students who violate this policy.

The Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with parents/guardians being duly informed of any changes.
